Here’s how to become a participant in this exciting new project:

1. Call Paul or Meshell at 416.901.1625 to learn more about Blueprints. Or email blueprints@yunorthyork.com.
2. Confirm a time with Paul or Meshell to attend an orientation session. Click here for all the info about these sessions.
3. Fill out an application form (details below) and email it in to us.
4. We’ll meet with suitable applicants after we receive all the applications for the program.
5. Blueprints will begin in October 2010!

The Blueprints Application Form

It’s easy to apply to Blueprints. You have two options:

1. Complete and submit an application online – just click here!
2. Download an application form here. This is a PDF file that you can fill in on your computer (You’ll need Adobe Reader. Get it here if you don’t have it.) Fill out the application form on your computer and print it out. Bring or mail it to our Youth Unlimited office at 265 Eddystone, Toronto, ON, M3N 1H8.

1. If you have ANY problems or just want to express interest in the program, email us at blueprints@yunorthyork.com).
2. You will hear from us shortly after we receive your application.
3. We can’t say it enough: Make sure you arrange to attend an orientation session.
